No! Our 14-day trial is completely free with no credit card required. We'll never ask for payment information unless you actively choose to subscribe after your trial ends.

After signing up, go to your dashboard and either:

1. Search manually: Use the game search to find and add games from our database of 300,000+ titles
2. Sync Steam: Connect your Steam account to automatically import your game library

Once games are added, you'll automatically receive notifications when new Twitch drop campaigns start for those games.

Steam integration is an optional convenience feature. You can connect your Steam account (must be public) and we'll automatically match your owned games to our database. This saves you time from manually searching and adding games. We only read your public game list - we don't access anything else. You can also add games manually if you prefer not to connect Steam.

You'll receive notifications when new Twitch drop campaigns start for games you're tracking. With an active subscription ($3/mo), you get instant alerts via email, Discord DMs, and push notifications — unlimited throughout the day. All notifications include campaign details, start/end dates, and direct links to claim drops on Twitch.

Absolutely! Our database includes 300,000+ games from all platforms - PC, console, mobile, etc. You can track any game that has Twitch drops, regardless of platform. Steam integration is just one optional way to find games quickly.

Yes! You can pause (and resume) tracking for any game without removing it from your list. This is useful if you temporarily don't want notifications for a game but plan to track it again later.

Yes! Cancel anytime with no questions asked. Cancel directly in your PayPal dashboard or through our subscription management page. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period, then your account moves to Preview Mode. Your tracked games stay saved.

You can upgrade or downgrade between Basic and Pro anytime from your subscription management page in the dashboard. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated. To downgrade to Free, simply cancel your subscription and you'll automatically move to Free at the end of your billing period.

We use PayPal for all subscription billing. PayPal accepts credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal balance. All payment processing is secure and encrypted. We never store your payment information on our servers - everything is handled by PayPal's secure system.

Since we offer a 14-day free trial with full access, we generally don't offer refunds for subscription fees. However, if you experience technical issues or problems with the service, please contact us at contact@drophunter.app or in Discord and we'll work with you to make it right.

Discord notifications are included with your DropHunter subscription ($3/mo). Connect your Discord account in the dashboard, and our bot will send you direct messages (DMs) when new drop campaigns start for your tracked games. You need to join our Discord server for DMs to work.

With an active subscription, you get instant notifications — unlimited throughout the day. You can pause tracking for specific games if you want to temporarily stop receiving notifications for them.

Check these common issues:

1. Email not verified: Check your spam folder for the verification email
2. No active campaigns: There may not be any new drops for your tracked games right now
3. Games paused: Check that your games are set to "active" not "paused"
4. Discord not connected: Discord notifications require an active subscription and connecting your Discord account
5. Email settings: Check your spam/junk folder and whitelist noreply@mail.drophunter.app

If issues persist, contact us on Discord or via email.

Daily (Free tier): You receive one email per day summarizing all new Twitch drop campaigns that started for your tracked games in the last 24 hours. Perfect if you check drops once daily.

Instant (Subscribers): You receive an alert immediately when a new drop campaign goes live, with unlimited notifications throughout the day via email, Discord, and push. This lets you claim drops as soon as they're available, which is crucial for limited-time or high-demand drops.

You can cancel your subscription in two ways:

1. From Drop Hunter: Go to Dashboard → Subscription Management → Cancel Subscription
2. From PayPal: Log into PayPal → Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments → Drop Hunter → Cancel

You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period, then your account moves to Preview Mode.

To delete your account, visit the accounts page and delete your account.

Yes, you can update your email address in your account settings. You'll need to verify the new email address before it becomes active.

Yes. We take privacy seriously:

- We only collect data necessary for the service (email, tracked games, notification preferences)
- We never sell or share your data with third parties
- Steam integration only reads your public game list
- Payment processing is handled by PayPal - we never store payment information
- All connections are encrypted with HTTPS

Drop Hunter is a web-based service that works on any device with a web browser - desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile. Email and Discord notifications work across all devices. We're also developing native mobile apps (iOS/Android) which will be available in the future.

No! Drop Hunter monitors campaigns 24/7 on our servers. You'll receive email and Discord notifications even when you're not logged in or have the website closed.

We don't currently offer a public API, but it's something we're considering for the future. If you're interested in API access, please let us know in Discord so we can gauge interest and understand your use case.
